Womens National Team's Crystal Dunn Announces Pregnancy
Dunn, 29, expecting first child with husband Pierre Soubrier
Announcement comes just months after giving birth to son Marcel
Women's National Team (WNT) and Portland Thorns star Crystal Dunn has announced that she is expecting her second child with husband Pierre Soubrier. The 29-year-old defender made the announcement on social media Thursday, writing: "The biggest blessing of our lives has yet to come. We can't wait to meet you, little one."
Dunn's pregnancy comes just months after she gave birth to her son, Marcel, in May 2023. She played in a National Women's Soccer League game on Friday night just three months and 20 days after giving birth.
Dunn and the USWNT just won their sixth SheBelieves Cup, and the defender celebrated with the most adorable baby bump photo. The team defeated Canada 2-0 in the championship game on Wednesday night.
Dunn is one of the most decorated players in USWNT history. She has won two World Cups, an Olympic gold medal, and a NWSL championship. She is also a two-time NWSL Defender of the Year.
